August 23, 2010 - CHARLOTTE, NC - Michael Gaier Motorsports/Herd Racing brought the #75 EyeEarn.com legend out to Concord Motorsports Park Saturday night. This was the first race for MGM at Concord, and expectations were high, with support from Dan Snyder Racing, a win was definately possible. The night started off on a high note with Michael quickly picking up on how to get around the tricky 1/4mi. It began a night full of 4’s, as practice concluded Michael was 4th on the chart. A 4th place finish in his semi-pro class heat set the field for the feature event; after the inversion process the #75 was set to roll off in the 4th position.
The #75 was strong from the get go, keeping a steady pace and running with the leaders, as Michael was continuing to learn the track. All was going well until Michael “jumped” the turn 4 inner apron and spun the machine, but managed to not put a scratch on it. After re-taking the green from the tail, Michael was determined to show the fans what he and the EyeEarn.com team were made of. Michael drove back to the front, and when the checkers fell, the #75 was in the, you guessed it, 4th position, turning some of the fastest laps of the night and his best of the day.
“We had a great car, Dan and the guys at DSR gave me a fast hot-rod for my first visit to Concord. We had a good run going and an error on my part put us to the back, it was unfortunate but we drove away and rebounded for a 4th place finish. We definitely had a better EyeEarn.com car than our result, but we will take what we learned and move on to the next race.”

August 19, 2010 – CHARLOTTE, NC - Michael Gaier Motorsports/Herd Racing will make its first visit to Concord Motorsports Park this Saturday, August 21st with the EyeEarn.com #75 legend. MGM has been working with Dan Snyder Racing the past couple weeks getting the machine ready for battle, on the always tough ¼ mi. bullring. “I’m very excited to get back behind the wheel, it will be my first visit to CMP, and second race working with Dan and the guys at DSR. We had a great run in the EyeEarn.com legend a few weeks ago at Caraway, and I hope to do the same this weekend. It would be great to bring home a victory, for everyone involved at EyeEarn.com, the fans, and the guys on the team; especially racing this close to home.” Stated an exuberant Michael Gaier.
July 31, 2010 – CHARLOTTE, NC - Michael Gaier Motorsports brought the EyeEarn.com Dan Snyder Racing/Herd Racing #75 legend car to Charlotte Motor Speedway Monday night for its Summer Shootout debut. Monday night was an open test session for Tuesday nights race, the 8th race of the 10 week shootout series. After a successful night of testing Monday, the team and Michael felt they had a solid car going into Tuesday night’s race. The teams night was cut short on Tuesday after the decision was made to cancel racing activities, due to large amounts of rain.
The EyeEarn.com team went back to the shop and made the decision to race Friday at Caraway Speedway in Asheboro, NC. The team was confident about the car from the moment they took it off the hauler. With the help and support of Dan Snyder Racing, Michael was able to have a top-3 car all day in practice. Michael rolled the #75 off in the 3rd position for his heat, after some fierce racing in the early laps, he managed a 3rd place finish.
With the heat race out of the way, the line-ups had been set for the feature, the #75 EyeEarn.com car would roll off the grid in the 5th position. “We’ve had a great car all day long, the guys hit it on the nose at the shop and I feel confident that we can grab a top-5 here tonight,” said Michael prior to the feature event.
After a hard-fought race and battling for a top-5 all evening, Michael was able to bring home a 3rd place finish, in his first career start in a Legends car. “I’m just grateful for the opportunity that EyeEarn.com and TripleClicks has given me. The team gave me an awesome car all day long; fast in practice, a 3rd in our heat and a 3rd here in the main, I cant ask for anything else. I really want to thank Dan Snyder Racing, Herd Racing, EyeEarn.com, and Motorsports Retro for sticking behind me, and I can’t wait to hit the track again!” exclaimed a very happy Michael Gaier, concluding Friday night’s race.
July 11, 2010 - CHARLOTTE, NC - Michael Gaier Motorsports has announced its #75 EyeEarn.com entry into the U.S. Legend Car Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway on July 27th, 2010.
